Moore Haus Kennels reserves the right to modify or cancel planned pairings or availability without notice.

3. Availability & Pricing

Puppy availability, pricing, and placement decisions are determined solely by Moore Haus Kennels. Submission of an inquiry or application does not guarantee availability or acceptance.

4. Deposits

Deposits, if required, are used to secure a place on a waitlist or reserve a puppy. Deposit terms, amounts, and refundability will be communicated directly and in writing.

5. Health & Warranty

All puppies are placed under the terms of our Health Warranty agreement, provided separately. Complimentary 30-day pet insurance coverage is supplied at the time the puppy goes home, subject to the provider’s terms and activation requirements.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in conduct that could damage or impair the website or our operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Moore Haus Kennels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of this website or reliance on information provided herein.
