Hi, I'm Amanda
My journey with German Shepherds began over 20 years ago. What started as a fascination with their intelligence and loyalty quickly turned into a lifelong passion for preserving the breed.
At Moorehaus Kennels, I am personally involved in every aspect of our dogs' lives—from whelping and socialization to training and showing. My goal is simple: to provide families with the same joy and companionship that these dogs have given me.
More Than Just a Kennel
We believe that a superior German Shepherd is built on a foundation of genetics, but shaped by their environment.
Home Raised
Our puppies are not raised in outdoor kennel runs. They are whelped and raised inside our home, surrounded by the sights and sounds of daily life. This ensures they are comfortable in a family setting from day one.
Early Socialization
We utilize Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and expose puppies to various surfaces, sounds, and people. They interact with children and other animals to build confidence and stability.
Premium Care
Our dams and puppies are fed a high-quality diet to support optimal growth. We follow a strict deworming and vaccination schedule under the guidance of our reproductive veterinarian.
